Ruach Hakodesh (also transliterated ruaḥ ha-qodesh) is used in the Tanakh ( the Old Testament in its entirety ) and other writings to refer either to the spirit of inspiration FROM above, or to the general, indwelling revelation of the Divine Presence , also known as the Shekhinah. Rûaħ or ruach, a Hebrew word meaning 'breath, spirit'. 'Ruach' cannot be construed as a person. It is a force. It is invisible and like wind, because it can be felt or experienced, but not seen ,
